Chicken Soup with Escarole and Charmoula

This is my favorite chicken soup to make. Period. Cooked with the usual aromatics and a guallijo chile, then topped with charmoula, the layers of flavor s are amazing. It's a very simple recipe to make but there are a couple ingredients that you have to make ahead of time and have on hand; tomato confit and preserved lemons. You should have those in your fridge at all times though.
